Types of In-home care services
Personal Care Services
Assistance with daily personal activities such as walking, bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. These are non-skilled hands-on services for the elderly or individuals with disabilities who need help with their daily routine.
Meal Preparation and Nutrition Services
This includes help with cooking, meal planning, grocery shopping, and ensuring dietary requirements are met, particularly for those with specific health conditions like diabetes or heart disease.
Housekeeping and Homemaking Services
These services cover cleaning, laundry, and general household management, helping individuals maintain a clean and organized living environment.
Transportation Services
Providing transportation for appointments, shopping, and other errands, especially for those who are unable to drive due to age or disability.
Medication Management
Assistance with picking up prescriptions from the pharmacy. We manage medications by reminding the patient to take their meds or handing a marked medication reminder container to the patient. We also provide assistance opening the marked medication container if a patient cannot.
Companionship Services
Many people search for companionship services, especially for elderly family members who may be living alone. These services include social interaction, engagement in activities, and general companionship to help reduce the feelings of loneliness many seniors face.
How much does in-home care cost?
1 For All provides compassionate, high-level care, customized to your individual needs for $35/hour. We do our best to keep home care affordable and even though our rate is less than most other home care agencies, we do not compromise on quality.
About Our In-Home Caregivers:
Our caregivers are thoroughly vetted with background checks and reference checks. It’s important that a caregiver has the right experience, is kind and a good fit for the patient. After a thorough discussion of the patient’s needs, we create an individualized care plan to ensure each need is addressed. Sometimes we already have a caregiver on staff who would be a great fit. Many times, we hire a caregiver so that we can ensure we pick the right person who will meet all of the patient’s needs.
